Ingredients
2 servings
2 tubesegg tofu
cut into 8 pieces
150gpork meat
minced, can be chicken or beef
3dried shiitake mushroom
rehydrate and minced
3 clovesgarlic
minced
20gginger
minced
1shallot
sliced
2eggs
beaten, for base of hot plate
1 ½ cupwater
2 tspolive oil
for panfrying egg tofu & meat separately
For meat marinade:
For sauce mixture:
2 Tbspoyster sauce
1 Tbsplight soy sauce
1 Tbspshaoxing cooking wine
¼ tspground white pepper
1 tspsesame oil
1 tspdark soy sauce
For thickening mixture:
Instructions
Step 1
Marinade meat for 30min.
Step 2
Pan-fry egg tofu slices until sides are golden brown. Remove from pan onto kitchen towel.
Step 3
Fry shallot, ginger, garlic for 1min. Then add in meat and fry till cooked.
Step 4
Add in sauce mixture and fry for another 1-2min.
Step 5
Add thickening mixture at the end.
