Instructions
Step 1
First, mix the flour, salt, dry yeast and water all together. Cover with cling film and leave at room temperature overnight (about 15 hours)
Step 2
On the other day, form the very soft dough into a cone with a little flour
Step 3
Preheat the oven and a dutch oven to 465f (240C) top/bottom heat
Step 4
Now sprinkle the pot with some flour, then carefully place the bread in the pot, turn the oven down to 410 F(210°C) and bake with the lid on for 30 minutes
Step 5
Then take the lid off and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes. Complete!
