Instructions

Step 1
Add Al the dry ingredients than add the yeast mixture than work the dough for 10 minutes
Step 2
Than cut into 8-10 pieces and let it rest for 20 minutes than shape into bagels and let it rest for 30 minutes
Step 3
Than boil for 1 min on each side
Step 4
Put on a baking sheet put egg wash on top and bake for 10 minutes on 200 c let cool and enjoy
