Step 1
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the salmon with the skin facing downwards. Season with half the salt and pepper. Fry for about 3min.

Smash the garlic clove.
Step 3
Flip the salmon and season with salt and pepper. Add the butter, lemon, and rosemary.
Step 4
Pure the butter-oil mixture over the fish. Repeat 5-8 times and fry the salmon for another 3min.

Cut the baguette in half. Spread both halves with olive oil and roast until golden brown.
Step 6
Slice the tomato and avocado.
Step 7
Spread the bottom half with the sriracha mayo.
Step 8
Top it with the salad, tomato, avocado and salmon.
Step 9
Stack the other baguette half on top and enjoy!
