Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Place salmon in a baking dish, spray with olive oil, and season with 1 teaspoon garlic salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

Bake uncovered fur 15 minutes, or until cooked through.

Remove salmon from the oven, flake with a fork, and set aside

Meanwhile, heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.

Sauté onions until translucent. about 6-8 minutes

In a large mixing bowl, combine flaked salmon, sautéed onions, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, panko crumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped parsley.

In a nonstick frying pan, heat olive oil.
