Ingredients
6 servings

1.5 lbsBoneless Skinless Chicken Breast
chopped

8 ozLight Sour Cream

1 ½ cupsFat Free Cheddar shredded cheese
Mild

¼ cupBacon Pieces
crumbled

1White Onion
small, chopped

1 bundleGreen Onions
chopped, optional

1 TbspRanch Seasoning

1 Tbspgarlic powder

0.5 TbspParsley

0.5 TbspOlive Oil

1 tspPaprika

salt

pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Mix chicken onion and spices in a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
In a 9x13” casserole dish, evenly line the bottom with one layer of frozen tater tots.
Step 3
Add seasoned chicken on top and spread it evenly.
Step 4
Place in oven and bake at 450 for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Take out of oven and top with shredded cheese and bacon pieces. Place back in the oven for about 5 minutes until
Cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
Step 6
Taste and add salt and paper as needed.
Step 7
Top with sour cream and green onions.
