Instructions

Step 1
In a large, deep skillet, stir together the vegetable broth, potatoes, bell pepper and carrots. Cover; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.

Stir the vegetables. Top with Damon. Sprinkle the garlic powder mixture over the salmon and vegetables. Simmer, covered, for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes really when tested and vegetables are tender.
