Soak the raisins in tea
Step 2
Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt
Step 3
Add the butter and rub it with your fingertips until crumbles

Stir in the sugar
Step 5
Make a well in the mixture and pour in the milk and raisins

Mix until combined

Preheat oven to 200Ā°C

Roll out the dough (3cm) on a floured clean surface

Cut the scones using a 6cm round cutter
Step 10
Transfer the scones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 12 minutes

Allow to cool on a wire rack 5minutes before serving with clotted cream & jam
