Instructions
Step 1
Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2
In a seperate bowl, blend and mash the bananas

Add vanilla essence and oil. If using coconut oil, make sure it is fully melted.

4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients bowl, mix and if too tough add a couple dashes of mylk about 30ml should be fine.

5. Line a tin with baking paper, pour mixture into tin and put into an oven at 180c for 20 mins initially.
Step 6
6. Check if cooked by poking a stick through, if not put back in for a further 15-20 mins. Cover with foil so the top doesn't burn. Keep checking every 10 mins afterwards.
Step 7
7. Take out oven and leave to cool on a rack for 5 minutes then EAT!
