Step 1
Prepare 3 cups rice in rice cooker
Step 2
Heat large sauce pan with small amount of olive oil

Brown finely sliced chicken
Step 4
Add curry, coconut milk, pineapple with juice (don’t drain), sugar, salt
Step 5
Bring to boil while removing lime leaves and red chilis (that came in the mix)
Step 6
Separately in a small bowl, whisk corn starch and small amount of water together
Step 7
When boiling, add corn starch and water
Step 8
Reduce to a bubbling simmer for 10 minutes
