Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 150°
Step 2
Enfuse the milk with salt and vanilla. Just to below boiling
Step 3
While waiting, whisk the yolks and sugar
Step 4
Temper the egg and sugar mixture into the milk.
Step 5
Set in ramekins into a sheetpan with hot water bath 1/2 up ramekin
Step 6
Place in oven for 35-45 mins. Till the middle slightly jiggles
Step 7
Let rest in fridge for few hrs/overnight
Step 8
