For Pizza Dough
2 cupsflour
1egg
beaten
¼ cupwater
warm
1 tablespoonbutter
2 tablespoondry milk powder
2 teaspoonyeast
1 teaspoonsugar
1 teaspoonsalt
For Chicken Tikka
500 gmboneless chicken
cubed
2 tablespoonplain yogurt
1 tablespoonoil
or butter
1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
1 tablespoontikka masala powder
1 teaspoonred chili
crushed
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoongaram masala powder
½ teaspooncumin powder
Pizza Topping
Instructions
To Make Dough
Step 1
Knead all the dough ingredients with lukewarm water.
Step 2
Keep covered in an oiled bowl in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled and well risen.
To Make Chicken Tikka
Step 3
Marinate all chicken tikka ingredients for 30 minutes then cook on high heat for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and all juices run clear.
Assemble
Step 4
Roll out the dough onto a floured surface and line a pizza plate with it.
Step 5
Spread pizza sauce.
Step 6
Top with chicken tikka, cheeses, oregano and let rise again in a warm place for 20 more minutes.
Step 7
Sprinkle some dried parsley over it.
Bake
Step 8
Bake at 392 F for 20 minutes or till cheese has melted and dough is cooked.
Step 9
Remove from the oven and cut into wedges. Chicken Tikka Pizza is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
