Instructions

Step 1
Place your skillet on the stove over medium high heat

While your skillet heats up, dice you onion and slice your smoked sausage

Add your sausage and onions to the skillet and begin cooking

Add a tablespoon of minced garlic

Once your onions are translucent and your sausage is browned on both sides, add your frozen broccoli to the skillet

Season and mix well

Add your heavy cream and chicken broth

Bring to a simmer

Once simmering, slowly whisk in 1 cup of Parmesan cheese

Add your uncooked pasta and cover in the liquid

Turn the heat down to low and cover

Cook for 15 minutes, stirring half way through

Once done, take the lid off and remove from the heat

Let sit for 5 minutes before serving
