Instructions
Step 1
In a pan, brown 1lb of Italian sausage, 1/2 a chopped white onion, 1 table spoon of minced garlic, and chopped spinach to your taste.






Step 2
Once the sausage is cooked, drain the grease, and season to taste with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.



Step 3
Next, add 2 can of petit diced tomatoes, and 4 cups of low sodium chicken broth. Bring this all to a simmer.



Step 4
Add a box of dry ditalini pasta & mix it together thoroughly.

Step 5
Once this is all simmering, cover the pan and turn the heat to medium-low and cook for 8 minutes.

Step 6
Mix in one 8oz block of cream cheese, half a cup of heavy cream, and shredded Parmesan cheese to taste.



Step 7
Cook until the cheese is melted. If you prefer it as more of a soup, serve straight away. If you prefer it as more of a traditional pasta, allow it to cook a little longer so that some of the liquid evaporates.
