Instructions

Step 1
Begin heating your skillet over medium high heat

Slice your sausage and dice your onion
Step 3
Add it to the skillet to brown the sausage and cook the onion until translucent

Chop your squash
Step 5
Once the sausage has color, season and add minced garlic and squash

Add diced tomato can, broth and cream. Bring to a simmer

Once simmering, add your dry pasta, stir until pasta is covered, turn the heat down to medium low and cover

Cook for 15 minutes, stirring half way
Step 9
Once done, stir and slowly add in shredded cheese while continuing to stir
Step 10
Optional, garnish with basil
