Instructions

Step 1
1. Season meat with salt. In a pot heat oil over high heat and sear the meat till golden on all sides. Remove from pot and set aside.

2. Reduce heat to medium. Add in the onion and saute till golden

3. Cut 5 carrots and 2 zucchini into chunks and add them into the pot, Add in the celery, tomatoes and potatoes and saute for 5 min.
Step 4
4. In the net cooking bag add in the remaining vegetables and place in the pot and return the meat as well.
Step 5
5. Add in the chicken soup 2 Tablespoons salt and water to cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 4 hours.
Step 6
6. Remove cooking bag place in a bowl and blend. Add in the mixture to the pot and mix.
