Guinness Beef Stew Recipe

Might skip dredging in flour and only adding a couple tablespoons instead. Sauce was really thick but delicious Edit: I tried this again, skipping the dredging and added two tablespoons of flour where it says to "add remaining dredging flour". I also upped the meat ratio a bit (2 pounds rather than 1.5). The result was perfection 👌👌

Added a little chilli sauce, about 1 tsp & it gave it a little extra spice!
