Lazy Pasta 🍝 Roasted vegetables sauce by
Ingredients for 2 big portions:
- 190g pasta of your choice
- 4 tomatoes 🍅
- 2 paprikas 🫑
- 2 onions 🧅
- Some garlic 🧄
- Rosemary, thyme 🌿
- Olive oil
- Seasoning (salt, pepper, paprika powder, oregano, some chilli flakes)
- Additionally: freshly chopped chives and cheese
1. Wash the vegetables and remove the skin/seeds. Start to roast them with some olive oil in a oven for 40min on 160°C/320°F. (You can add the seasoning now or afterwards)
2. Cook your pasta
3. Get the vegetables out of the oven and blend them for a while.
4. Add the vegetables sauce to the pasta and add missing seasoning (depending on your taste) and maybe some freshly chopped chives and cheese.
