Simple Single Serve Brownie
Simple Single Serve Brownie✨ I’ve tested this recipe a couple times & found that if you prefer your brownies a little cakier, then don’t melt the chocolate chips & butter together. Instead, just use the butter & no chocolate chips! (Recipe below & follow
for more recipes!)
Recipe:
Ingredients-
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chocolate chips
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg yolk
Dash of vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1/3 tsp baking powder (if you want it fluffier)
Directions-
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. To a small baking dish, add the butter & chocolate chips. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds & mix until well combined. Then add the brown sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, & salt. Mix again until well combined.
3. To the wet mixture, add the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder & mix.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the toothpick or fork comes out with damp crumbs.
5. Serve with ice cream & enjoy!
