avocado chickpea salad 🥑 By this zesty salad is so easy to make as a simple side dish during the week It’s made with avocados, chickpeas, feta cheese, sumac & a few other ingredients avocado chickpea salad: 3 large avocados, semi-firm 1 can chickpeas drained, 15 oz 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced 2 -3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 1 lemon, juiced 1 tsp sumac Olive oil Salt & pepper Optional: 1 clove crushed garlic 1. Slice the avocados and add them to a salad bowl 2. Add in the rinsed chickpeas, sliced onion, feta cheese and chopped cilantro 3. Generously drizzle with olive oil and pour the lemon juice over the top. Season with the sumac and salt & pepper to taste, and the crushed garlic if using 4. Toss everything together and adjust seasoning if needed

Instructions

Step 1
1. Slice the avocados and add them to a salad bowl
