Step 1
cut chicken breasts into 3 oz strips
Step 2
add flour, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, and onion powder to a plate
Step 3
fully coat chicken strips in the flour mixture
Step 4
combine egg whites and hot sauce in a plate
Step 5
fully coat floured chicken in the egg wash mixture
Step 6
add corn flakes to a plate
Step 7
press egg washed chicken in the corn flakes until fully coated
Step 8
lightly spray with light cooking oil
Step 9
air fry at 350° for 10 minutes
Step 10
add soy sauce, water, gochugang, rice vinegar, and honey to a pan and reduce for five minutes until the sauce thickens
Step 11
coat chicken tenders in the sauce and top with green onions and sesame seeds
