the absolute BEST breakfast meal prep—idk if this is just a southern dish (iykyk) think creamy, cheesy hashbrown casserole but macro-friendly 🔥🤤
these were 285 cal, 8 fat, 25 net carb, 23 protein and they reheat so well (I just microwave to reheat)
