Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Wash the potatoes well. Cut each potato into wedges, (~10 wedges per potato)
Step 2
Add the potato wedges to a bowl and coat with the cooking oil, paprika, and steak seasoning.
Step 3
In a single layer, evenly place the seasoned potato wedges out on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes, or until they are crispy. After about 20 minutes of baking flip the steak fries.
