Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan 200°C/gas mark 7).
Step 2
Rip off two large pieces of foil, about 30cm (12in) square, big enough for each of the salmon fillets to sit inside, Place a salmon fillet in the middle of a piece of foil, Squeeze over the juice of half a lime (or 1 tbsp), y tsp of soy sauce, sprinkle over the garlic granules and drizzle over tsp of honey.
Step 3
You can also season with a little pepper to taste, Scrunch up the foil to seal up the salmon.
Step 4
It will look like a pasty that has been stood up. Repeat with the second salmon fillet.
Step 5
Place the foil parcels onto a baking tray and into the middle of the hot oven for 15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked and opaque throughout
Step 6
Remove from the foil discarding any leftover liquid and serve with an accompaniment of your choice.
