Instructions
Step 1
Cook the Beef: In a large pot or deep skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease and set the beef aside.
Step 2
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the Pasta and Broth: Stir in the uncooked pasta and broth, making sure the pasta is submerged. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Step 4
Add the Cream and Cheese: Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Return the cooked beef to the pot and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is creamy and heated through.
Step 5
Season & Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately
