‼️Lazy Sunday Pasta part 50. Tomato, Feta Cheese sauce‼️
Ingredients for 2 portions:
- 190g pasta of your choice
- 1 block of feta cheese (150g) 🧀
- 200g tomatoes 🍅
- Some garlic 🧄
- 1 onion 🧅
- 3tbsp olive 🫒
- seasoning depending on your personal taste (I've used Salt, pepper, thyme and oregano)
- additionally some fresh herbs 🌿
1. Place all the ingredients (besides the pasta) in a baking oven proof dish and put it in the oven on 320°F/ 160°C for 35min.
2. In the meantime start to cook the pasta.
3. After the vegetables are done put them in a blender and mix them until you get a smooth sauce.
4. Combine the sauce and the pasta (u may have to add some more seasoning now)
That's already it.
