An easy sandwich for a quick lunch at home or in the office. This version is with raw ham, mushrooms, and scamorza cheese.

Instructions
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and ease the down in a pan with a spoon of olive oil. Cook the mushrooms for five minutes or at least until they are soft. When they are ready, add some salt and keep aside.
Step 2
Cut the bread in half and spread some mayo on both sides.
Step 3
Place some salad and tomato slices. Add your the mushrooms, the raw ham and some scamorza slices.
Step 4
Add some other veggies on top and close your sandwich before warming it up for a few minutes.
