Instructions

Step 1
Boil your two potatoes until soft and chop into cubes. Slice your zucchini, three-quarter inch thick and in half. Heat skillet on medium high heat. Add the sunflower oil once hot add zucchini and seer quickly on each side for a couple minutes. Next add your potato starch and spices to your zucchini and cook for a few minutes now it’s time to add your liquids, the wine and coconut slowly ad and stir. Next add cheeses to zucchini, stir, and reduce heat to low. In a separate pan, fry your chop potatoes in sunflower oil then add your mushrooms and fry. Once your potatoes and mushrooms are crispy scoop them out with a slotted fry spoon right onto your serving plate salt immediately. Then add your cheesy zucchini mixture on top sprinkle with fresh herbs or fresh spinach, chopped in hot sauce.
