Combine ingredients and cook in a casserole or a covered pan two hours at 325°

The sauce should be prepared in a double boiler. Combine all ingredients including stock from the chicken and heat to serve. Overheating will curdle the milk. Add chicken, serve over rice. The sauce should be thin.
