Instructions

Cook basmati rice
Step 2
Add soy sauce, honey, garlic, gochujang, sesame oil and sesame seeds to a bowl.
Step 3
Cook the mince beef of high heat for 6 minutes. Once cooked add the sauce and spring onion cook until golden and crispy.
Step 4
Add grated carrot and sliced cucumber to a bowl with light soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, chilli flakes and sesame seeds
Step 5
Serve beef with rice and picke.
