Fresh Salsa, The Recipe That Never Fails to Impress | All fresh
4 steps
Prep:15min
Every time, not kidding, that my mom brings this salsa to somewhere she gets compliments, like for real. It’s our mandatory salsa in family barbecues or without any excuses, just to enjoy it. It’s a fresh salsa that goes well with meat, chicken, pork, boiled cassava, potatoes, or chips!

Step 3
It should have a thick but light consistency. Gradually add the mixture to the bowl with the other ingredients. Slowly, until you achieve the perfect consistency. Sometimes there's a bit of mixture left, which depends on the size of your vegetables; that's okay.
Step 4
Season to perfection by adding the finely chopped cilantro and more lemon, salt, or pepper if needed.
