1 tablespoonchili powder
1 teaspooncumin

red and green, thinly sliced

thinly sliced
2cloves garlic

3 cupscauliflower rice
you can make this by pulsing cauliflower florets in a food processor

Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lime juice to create the chicken marinade.

Add the sliced chicken to the marinade, making sure it's well coated. Set aside to marinate while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Cook the Fajita Vegetables:

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sliced bell peppers, sliced onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
