Step 1
To a mixing bowl with the dough hook, add your hot water and honey and stir. Then add your yeast and wait 5 to 7 minutes to bloom while you’re waiting mix all the rest of the dry ingredients in a bowl with a whisk and slowly add half a cup at a time to your mixer while mixing in between until dough ball forms. Once dough ball forms mix for another 5 to 7 minutes. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and add your dough ball and shape into your baguette shape. If you are adding a Sprig of herb, cut a small slice on the top of the bread to add your herbs sprig. Spray liberally with oil. If you have a Proofer, Proof for 15 to 20 minutes then bake at 450 for about 20 minutes until desired golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy. *If you do not have a proofer you can add your bread to oven before preheating then turn the oven on to 450 and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
