2 x 16 ozred kidney beans

2 x 16 ozblack beans
drained

1can rotel
original

2 tspChipotle
diced

2 cupschicken stock

Instructions
Step 1
Brown the beef, drain some of the fat, add onion and garlic, stir for 3 min. Add the beans, rotel and Chipotle peppers. Add spices and stock. Stir
Turn heat to med low and check on it in 20 min Stir and taste. Add more spices if needed.
It's better to cool it slowly and tasted better when cooked for a long time. Make are youbhave sour Cream, cheddar cheese and tostito chips to use when eating.
