Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix eggs and granulated sugar using a mixer, at high speed, until the mixture is fluffy.
Step 2
2. Add butter, milk, vanilla extract, to the mix.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
Step 4
4. Mix all together using a mixer, at low speed (Don’t overmix it).
Step 5
5. Put batter in a waffle maker and leave till the steam from the machine stops rising.
