Instructions
Step 1
Add water to a large pot and boil for 10 minutes , then season with slap ya mama seafood boil seasoning. Add your potatoes & corn( boil for 10-15 minutes) . Then you’ll add in the shrimp last, add lemon juice and cook for 3-4 minutes
Step 2
Place your eggs in a small pot, cover with water and bring to a boil ( approximately 15 minutes ) Then you’ll peel your eggs and set aside until ready for use
Step 3
Add olive oil to a pan and cook your beef sausage until browned on each side. ( approximately 5 minutes)
Step 4
Add water to a small pot, bring to a boil and add in your Maruchan ramen noodles w/ chicken seasoning packet ( boil to desired preference )
Step 5
In a medium sized pan, add 3 sticks of unsalted butter. Once melted, add your minced garlic and thinly sliced onion. Stir until soft and translucent. Then add your seasonings, lemon juice and 2 cups of chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes ( Make sure to taste and adjust seasoning as needed)
Step 6
Assemble your seafood boil by adding in your corn, potatoes, shrimp, hard boiled eggs, ramen noodles, & beef sausage to a large bowl. Pour the delicious sauce all over and garnish with fresh parsley
