Step 1
Cook udon noodles to package instructions.

In a pan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add the garlic and prawns. Cook for 1 minute, flip, then cook for another minute.

Step 3
Remove the prawns and deglaze the pan with sake. Reduce till syrupy.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chilli flakes, and sugar. Turn the heat to low and reduce until saucy.

Step 5
Add the cooked udon noodles and the prawns. Toss to combine with the sauce.
Step 6
