Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add butter and melt. When butter starts melting, add the prawns and sear for about 45-50 seconds on each side until colour changes, then remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 2
In the same pan, add olive oil and heat up a little.
Step 3
Add minced garlic, ginger and chilli flakes. Cook until garlic turns golden.
Step 4
Then brown sugar, soy sauce , oyster sauce and chilli sauce. Stir and dd splash of water. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Return cooked prawns into skillet and toss to coat in sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped parsley and fresh red chillies. Serve with rice and Enjoy!
