Instructions
Step 1
5 bowls. Add 2 tbsp rice to each bowl.
Step 2
Split chicken evenly between 5 bowls.
Step 3
Add 1 tbsp pesto and 1 tbsp yogurt per bowl
Step 4
Add .25 cup of chicken broth to each bowl
Step 5
Add salt and pepper. Stir bowls.
Step 6
Split the tomatoes and mozzarella evenly between each bowl.
Step 7
Bake at 350 for 40 mins. Until chicken is at 165
