Instructions

Step 1
Grate the garlic on the small holes, then in the water bath melt the butter with herbs and garlic.
Step 2
Cut the baguettes into 5 parts, on each part make a 3 or 4 shallow diagonal cuts.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on the big holes, then fill the cuts with melted butter, prosciutto cotto and cheese.
Step 4
Sprinkle the top with basil.
Step 5
