Step 1
Preheat oven to 295. Add dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until foamy. Add oil, mix well. Add vanilla and honey, and stir until mostly combined. Pour wet ingredients into dry, mix. Dump onto slip at and push down. We want it tightly packed for clumps. Bake 25 minutes, lightly flip. Bake another 20 minutes ( if you want to add dried fruit or chocolate, now is the time). Cool. Genelty make clusters. Pack in an air tight container.
