Instructions

Step 1
In a small mixing bowl whisk together eggs and milk. Add tomato and cheese (if using) and continue to mix
Step 2
Melt butter, over medium heat, in a small frying pan. When it foams, add the egg mixture and swirl around the pan to cover the base
Step 3
Wait 20-30 seconds, then use a rubber spatula to lift up edges of omelette. Tilt the pan to allow the egg on top to run under the omelette. Repeat 4-5 times
Step 4
Cover with lid and cook for around 45 seconds or until the underside is slightly golden and the top is just set
Step 5
Fold omelette in half, transfer to a board and cut into baby friendly sized fingers
