Instructions
Step 1
Wisk 1-2 eggs on a small bowl with salt pepper, and any other seasonings or herbs of your choice. Add butter (or oil) to a pan and let it melt
Step 2
Chop any vegetables you want to add into small pieces, most will work with small cubes or strips but whatever works
Step 3
Add your egg mixture to a nonstick pan and let it cook until the very bottom is solid
Step 4
Add your vegetables and any cheese of your choice if you like
Step 5
Wait until your egg is completely cooked, then use a spatula to fold it over
