Instructions
Step 1
Boil the green beans for 10-12 minutes.
Step 2
Cube the potatoes and fry them up with onions, salt, pepper.
Step 3
Remove the beans from the boiling water, salt the water and cook the pasta.
Step 4
Cut up the beans into short pieces and mix them in with the potatoes.
Step 5
Finely chop garlic and sauté it in enough oil to coat the pasta.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and mix it in the garlic oil. Return it to the pot and add in the potato and bean mixture. Add in the parsley and stir well.
