Instructions
Step 1
Boil chicken pieces in a pot of water with salt, pepper, and a few bay leaves for 25-30 minutes - until meat is cooked through but not falling off the bone. Drain and let dry for a few minutes.

Step 2
Mix together the sauce ingredients while chicken is cooking.
Step 3
"Paint" the sauce onto the chicken with a pastry brush.
Step 4
Roast the chicken over a campfire or charcoal until the outside is golden brown, or as done as you like. OR Broil or bake at 400°+ until desired doneness. Skin should be crispy when done.
