Instructions

Step 1
Chop 4 garlic into slices and 4 garlic crushed

1 lemon zest and juice

Chop handful of parsley

Prepare 1/4 cup veggie stock (use half cube)

Boil 200 grams of pasta in 3 litres of water for 7-9 minutes (keep 1/4 cup of water on the side to use later)

Add 2 tbsp of butter (30 gr) and oil to skillet at medium heat. Add pinch of crushed red peppers while butter melts. Add crushed garlic and sautee for 1 min.

Step 7
Add shrimp in 1 layer (use tongs) and add sliced garlic and salt / pepper to taste. Flip after 1 min.

After 1 min on other side add veggie stock and simmer for 1 min. Then add lemon zest, lemon juice and parsley and keep simmering. You can add the extra butter here.

Step 9
Add cooked pasta and 1/4 cup of pasta water. Mix thoroughly with tongs and then serve.
