Instructions
Step 1
🥞 In a bowl mix the dry ingredients together (flour, sugar, baking powder) then add the egg and stir with a whisk.
Step 2
🥞 At first the dough will a bit sticky, so stir quickly to melt the lumps, then when it's quite smooth, I thin it out a bit with a bit of milk until it has the same consistency as yogurt.
Step 3
🥞 Then in a hot pan (medium heat) I cook about a heaping tablespoon per pancake, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
