Instructions

Step 1
Take green onions and slice the whites and chop the greens into 1 inch pieces.
Step 2
slice ginger into discs
Step 3
Take a plate and lay the ginger discs on the bottom, lay your white fish over the ginger. Put the plate in a pan with the bottom of the pan covered in water. cover pan and plate and steam for like 6-10 mins depending on thickness of the fish. You can test by poking with a butter knife and seeing if the knife goes through without resistance
Step 4
In a separate saucepan or pot, heat up the oil until almost smoking. While this is heating, combine soy sauces and sugar in small dish/bowl
Step 5
Remove fish plate from the steamer situation, place green onions on top of fish. Pour oil over green onion and fish situation. Pour soy over as well
Step 6
Serve with rice!
