PEPITAS GREEN SAUCE πΏπ the tastiest way to upgrade any salad or veggies! Super nutritious and a great
recipe idea that comes together in less than 5 minutes!
* INGREDIENTS β’
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds/pepitas
2 cups parsley
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (optional but recommended)
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp tahini
salt & pepper, to taste
1/2-3/4 cup water (depending on desired consistency)
* METHOD β’
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker sauce start with 1/2 cup water and add more if necessary. Adjust seasonings to your liking and store in an airtight jar.
