Instructions

Step 1
This recipe is using leftover cooked broccoli but you can use whatever veggies you have to use . Cook 8 potatoes until fork tender then mash in a bowl with a fork

Chop the broccoli into small pieces then add to the potatoes with sweetcorn dill spring onions cream cheese grated mozzarella garlic powder onion powder and salt and pepper to taste . Mix all of that together until combined .

Slice toasted pitta breads in half then fill with the filling . You can brush these lightly with oil sprinkle more cheese on top and air fry for 8 minutes on 180 c / 360 f of you can simply fry them filling side down in a pan then the other sides until golden and crunchy on the outside . Enjoy
